Privacy Policy
Effective: October 31, 2026
The 4AM Club website is run by Skylark Writers Guild LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the 4AM Club roster, we collect your email address and first name. That’s it. We ask you to confirm your email before you’re added, so no one can sign you up without your permission.
How we use it
We use your information to send what you signed up for: your digital member card, a letter from Kaley, updates about The 4AM Club, voting opportunities, and news about our Kickstarter campaign. We never sell or rent your information.
If you reply to one of our emails with your social media handle so other readers can find you, we’ll only share it publicly if you tell us that’s okay.
Who helps us
-
Wix hosts this website. Like most websites, it may collect basic technical information (such as your browser type and IP address) and use essential cookies to keep the site running securely.
-
Brevo manages our email list. Its data is stored mainly in the European Union.
-
Cloudflare Turnstile protects our signup form from spam by checking that a real person is signing up.
How we protect it
This website uses a secure (https) connection, and the services we use encrypt the information they store. Only Skylark Writers Guild’s founders can access our subscriber list.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and first name for as long as you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you, and we may keep your email address on a “do not contact” list so you aren’t added again by mistake. To have your information deleted entirely, email us and we’ll remove it.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@the4amclubbook.com.
Children
This website and our email list are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram, TikTok, and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
